Paul served as President of CBS Television Distribution, the US leader in syndicated programming. Paul oversaw all aspects of this profitable CBS-owned division such as ad sales, distribution sales, programming, production, marketing, research, finance and business affairs. His shows were the biggest hits in syndication, which include , "Wheel of Fortune", "Dr Phil", "Entertainment Tonight", "Judge Judy", "Inside Edition", "Jeopardy" and Rachael Ray’s daytime talk show. Prior to that, Paul served as EVP / General Sales Manager for 20th Televison, Fox's syndicated distribution arm, for 28 years. There, he conducted all national broadcast sales for "Family Guy", "The Simpsons", "The X-Files", "24", "Modern Family" and more. Plus, in 2006, Paul and his team developed MyNetworkTV—a new venture born out of the merger of The WB & UPN.
